Your Yoga Host
From a young age, I've always felt a deep drive to move my body, whether dancing, hiking, or any activity involving movement. Yet, amidst all this, I found little time to truly decompress and reconnect with myself and my environment.
Then, I discovered yoga. This beautiful practice became my sanctuary, offering me the peace and balance I had been seeking. After a couple of years of dedicated practice, I embarked on a transformative solo journey to Rishikesh, India. There, in one of the oldest yoga ashrams, I completed a profound 200-hour yoga teacher training. This experience gifted me with life-changing skills and a fresh perspective, allowing me to see the world through a lens of balance, appreciation, and connection.
Returning to the serene Lake District, I found the perfect place to settle. Surrounded by the tranquil fells and calming bodies of water, I now share the wisdom and memories from Rishikesh. Each week, I join with others to practice yoga, creating a welcoming community where mindfulness and well-being flourish.
