Mamabird

Second and third trimesters of pregnancy require TLC. A mild, soft soothing massage to encourage sleep and relaxation, with pregnancy pillows for added comfort and natural oils to nourish the skin. (Even though many treatments maybe considered safe, we suggest avoiding treatments in first trimester of pregnancy, a time when the baby’s major systems are forming, avoiding unnecessary exposures ensures foetal safety)

Hot Rocks

A beautiful orange and apricot peel full of antioxidants and illuminating properties which will renew and oxygenate the skin, followed by the sapphire cream wrap to leave the skin energised and with a sapphire diamond luminosity.

Remineralising Ritual
Moisturising – Firming

A Thermal Salt Scrub will give you an invigorating intense exfoliation ideal for tired, dull skin. The particles from Salies-de-Béarn feature a concentrated composition of rich minerals, in particular magnesium. After an invigorating shower, the Hematite mud wrap, which contains hematite extract and water from Salies-de-Béarn, reinforces the skin’s natural defences and speeds up repair, firms, and renews the skin.

Detoxifying Ritual

The organic Eastern European mud and bamboo charcoal peel has detoxifying and purifying properties that will leave the body clean, smooth, and purified. Rain Aromatherapy

An aromatherapy experience not to be missed. Therapeutic earth tones of storm to energise the feet. Rain for the scalp to calm and soothe the mind. Mist for the spine with evergreen healing properties. This treatment includes a feathering application of the essential oils, gentle massage to soothe the back, legs and a scalp energy hold and décolleté massage. From German chamomile and clary sage to ground your feet, followed by the spiritual oils of frankincense and rose for scalp and herbal essences for realignment of the spine. This ritual is performed and created by our own aromatherapist, who specialises in a meditative massage which can facilitate a healing space.
