1. Head to Wainwrights' Inn and grab a Fell Walker Trale beer mat
2. Walk/run up Silver How
3. Take a picture of one of the fantastic views at the summit with the beer mat in it
4. Head back to Wainwrights’ & share your photo on Instagram or Facebook and tag @wainwrights_inn & @bownessbaybrewing
5. Hand your beer mat to the bar staff and show them your post
6. Enjoy your FREE pint of Bowness Bay Fell Walker!
