Shred | Monday | 6.15pm – 7.15pm
Shred is a strongman style based class, focusing on the true functional strength of the human body which individuals would encounter in day to day life. The class uses compound lifting and HIIT techniques to burn calories, and of course, shred weight!
AquaZumba | Monday | 7pm – 8pm
Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional Aquatic fitness disciplines, AquaZumba is a high energy, low impact class, great for cardio-conditioning and body toning. Paired with music and the natural resistance of water, this is one pool party you certainly don’t want to miss.
Tone | Tuesday | 6.15pm – 7.15pm
Looking to lose weight and improve your fitness levels? Targeted Toning is the class for you. Get stuck into a full body aerobic workout to tone up those hard to hit areas with this upbeat class.
Punch | Wednesday | 6.15pm – 7.15pm
Get your gloves on because this class packs a serious punch. With lots of high energy cardio, boxing combos and conditioning work, you’re guaranteed to work up a sweat with Punch.
Yoga | Thursday | 6pm – 7.30pm
A traditional Hatha-style yoga class with a focus on relaxation, it’s the perfect place to unwind and improve the wellbeing of your body and mind. Develop strength and conditioning of the body through deep holding postures followed by regular guided relaxations to sooth the mind. Suitable for all abilities, recharge with a Hatha yoga class.
