Fitsteps is a dance fitness class based on the ballroom and latin dances from the TV show 'Strictly Come Dancing'. Created by Professional Dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe alongside Swimming World Champion Mark Foster, this studio based class requires no prior dance experience or dance partner.
Limber & Stretch / 7.30pm - 8.30pm / £5
Limber and Stretch aims to improve flexibility and balance through a range of movements and stretches drawn from yoga, pilates and dance.
Insanity / 6.15pm - 7.15pm / £5

Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional Aquatic fitness disciplines. AquaZumba is a low impact class, great for cardio-conditioning, body toning and brilliant fun.
Boot Camp / 6.15pm - 7.15pm / £5
This six week programme will begin by determining your fitness start point and help you set and work towards your fitness goals.
