AquaZumba ® / 7.00pm - 8.00pm / £4.50
Combining Zumba with aqua fitness to offer a safe and fun water based workout that's conditioning and body-toning.
Wednesday
Zumba ® / 6.00pm - 7.00pm / £4.50
A fun class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Zumba achieve long-term benefits while experiencing a blast in an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, movements meant to engage and captivate.
Boxerfit ® / 7.15pm - 8.15pm / £4.50
Get your punches in early with this boxing based workout. Technique work will be followed by strength and cardio based routines to help you land the knockout blow.
Thursday
Pilates / 9.45am - 10.45am / £48 for 6 week course
Focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series for controlled movements that engage both body and mind.

This varied class delivers the perfect mix of strength, cardio and core work to see great results.
Friday
Toning Session / 6.00pm - 7.00pm / £4.50
Gear up for the weekend with toning work designed to hit those hard to reach areas.
