Boxcersize ® New to The Langdale Spa!

Monday

 

6.00pm - 7.00pm

Boot Camp £4.50
High impact extreme workout for the whole body. Not for the faint hearted. 12 week course

7.15pm - 8.15pm

Spinning £4.50
Intense cardio workout, taking you on a journey over various terrains.

Tuesday

10.30am - 12.00 noon

Yoga £30 for a course of 5 sessions or £7.00 per class

Stretch, tone, release and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Stephen incorporates different styles of Yoga into the class which will include postures, sequences, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation


6.00pm - 7.00pm

Zumba Fitness ® £4.50
An exciting new class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

7.15pm - 8.15pm

AquaFit £4.50
Resistance exercises performed in the low impact environment of the pool.

Boxercise incorporates punching and kicking techniques in a safe and fun atmosphere. It helps to build and develop your fitness, flexibility and confidence through a series of excercises and games. Boxercise is great for toning arms, legs and core muscles.

Wednesday

9.30am - 10.30am

Zumba Fitness ® £4.50

Focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and helping to prevent injury. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both body and mind.

All classes FREE to Spa Members (excluding Yoga and Pilates)
