Lose weight & Look Great!

If your goal is to lose weight and tone up it is important to combine aerobic exercise with an effective resistance training programme.

Resistance training will increase your lean body mass and accelerate your body's metabolic rate, burning more calories and more fat.

At first you may not see a big weight difference on the bathroom scales as you are increasing your lean body mass, however your body shape will change and you will notice a smaller waist and slimmer hips as you lose body fat and your muscles become firmer not bigger!

Stick with your exercise programme and you will look great in no time.
