Fitsteps is a dance fitness class based on the ballroom and Latin dances from the TV show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. Created by Professional Dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe alongside Swimming World Champion Mark Foster, this studio based class requires no prior dance experience or dance partner.

Limber & Stretch  £5

 

Limber and Stretch aims to improve flexibility and balance through a range of movements and stretches drawn from yoga, pilates and dance.

Includes - height, weight, blood pressure, flexibility, lung capacity, rest heart rate, max heart rate, body fat percentage. Plus fitness testing - Astrand cycle and/or step test and strength testing - push up, pull up, squat, plank, sit up tests.
