Langdale a Unique Company

In May of 1996, the Langdale Estate became unique in its ownership. To date, we are still the only company world wide with our particular structure. In effect, about half of our timeshare owners put up the funds to purchase the entire business from Scottish and Newcastle.

Each of these owners purchased one share which is permanently linked to their week of timeownership. If they sell the week...they sell the share.

This was done to protect the entire business for the future ... to protect the Langdale way of life.
